ABOUT THIS PAINTING
The parrot is a beautiful and vividly coloured bird. It has short down curved hooked bill, grasping feet and a raucous voice. They love eating seeds and fruit and they are able to mimic the human voice. A parrot is associated with happiness, life and fortune. They are very intelligent and friendly birds and their talkative behaviour makes them exceptionally fun. Being in the presence of a parrot reminds us to take the time to see the beauty in everything, including the good in those we have yet to experience.
